Family-Loved Red Beans and Sausage

Cooking red beans has always been an old American tradition. Families would often cook beans in large
pots for long hours while they did their laundry. It’s a family recipe you will keep coming back to. For an
extra kick, try using spicy sausages.

Ingredients:

Red beans
Sausage
Bacon
Onions
Jalapenos
Tabasco sauce

Preparation:

Put the pot in the fire and place a bowl of water. Bring the water to a boil and put in the red beans.

While boiling the red beans, throw in some spices.

Chop some onions and sausage and put it in the pot with the beans.

Fry the bacon in a pan, add some Tabasco sauce. After frying, mix it with the beans.

Boil the beans, sausage and bacon mix until tender. Serve.
