Special Bannock with Corn

Last updated on May 31st, 2016 at 08:53 pm

The secret to a fluffy bannock recipe is the consistency of the mixture. Too much water would make
your bannock spread too thin on the pan so add the water gradually, as well as the flour.

Bannock is a quick fix for breakfast and it is filling, too. You can also substitute fruits for corn in this
recipe.

Ingredients:
1 cup of Flour
3 Eggs
1 tbsp Baking powder
Half cup of Corn
Salt
Water
